Just Love

I would repeat the phrase, “Just Love!” to remind myself that love is the only important thing. So here it is going on lunchtime and I’ve just now gotten around to reading the scripture of the day.

[ The Gift of Love ] If I speak in the tongues of mortals and of angels, but do not have love, I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. And if I have prophetic powers, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give away all my possessions, and if I hand over my body so that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.1 Corinthians 13:1-3NRSV

Have you ever noticed that sometimes, God is “IN YOUR FACE” with the message and lesson we need to learn for the day? Especially when I set my intention to “just love!” Ha! God is right there to help me keep my focus.

Just a simple message for just a simple day.
